Current status
RoBuild ("we," "us") operates the marketing site at robuild.pro. Accounts, the AI workspace, and billing described elsewhere on this site are not live yet — where a page says a feature is planned or coming soon, these terms don't yet apply to it. This document will be updated to reflect the actual product before each feature launches, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it at a rate that degrades service, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any backend systems.
Once accounts launch
When sign-up is live, these terms will be expanded to cover account eligibility, ownership of the projects and code you create, acceptable use of AI generation, subscription billing and cancellation, and termination. You will be asked to accept the updated terms before creating an account.
Ownership of generated code
Our intent is that you own the Luau code and project content RoBuild helps you generate for your own projects, subject to Roblox's own platform terms. This will be stated precisely once billing and generation are live.
No warranty, limited liability
This site and any future RoBuild product are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
